昨天完全減醣進食所以脂肪少了900公克,雖然肌肉跟水份也少了100公克,但內臟脂肪少1所以還是要減醣

只是到昨天晚上真的超餓的,所以盡量控醣繼續努力
60.2 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
