so.... yesterday I went off my diet. I ate whatever I wanted, hence the weight gain. I am trying something new since weight loss has slowed. Diet for 14 days and then take a day off to see if that resets my metabolism. we will see!
90.0 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
