I ate nothing but chicken veggie w/broth all week had my bars for breakfast coffee, chicken veggie broth drank maybe for cups of water steak w/veggitables water apple and bar nutrition bar that is. and I didn't loose anything or gain. that is really weird.
104.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 36.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
