lgi malas makan pagi makan nasi madura nasi 300gr ayam crispy bumbu madura sambel2sdm..mkn siang pisang 200gr di rebus +susu ultra milk sdkit malam nasi 100gr tempe sasa 1 tipis+otak2 5biji
kmrin abis puasa qodho romadhan BB turun😅😅
sdkit makan dan minum waktu buka..sahurny ttp makan ukuran nasi telon
