This is my bloat week. Recorded a gain of 1 pound yesterday, but this morning show a loss. Even though I know it was water weight loss, wanted to see the numbers going down again :) It's mental for me. Hopefully next Sunday will be another loss. Scales are put in the closet til Thursday. I need to weigh for Biggest Loser Pound Challenge Thursday morning.
