Really uncomfortable posting this but doing it for accountability. In the new year I will have to buckle down and take care of this.
53.4 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Definitely hard to face, but it sounds like you already know -why- it happened and are geared to change so that's the most important. Good on you! Accountability is important, but so is not beating yourself up. You're on a great path, and I wish you all the best in the coming year.

Thank you, thereshego. I’m going to enjoy myself for a couple more days, but not go entirely crazy indulgent, and then get back to work. I haven’t stopped working out or exercising so really all I have to do after this holiday is get back to clean eating. Good luck to you this coming year as well.
