Wowsers, that is amazing Sandra! What did you do (if you don't mind sharing)? Sooo much info online between Keto, Banting, Paleo, calorie restriction, intermittent fasting, etc etc. And what do you do for exercise?

You won’t believe it but I didn’t exercise 🙈
And I only counted my calories but I did put my calorie count down 500 calories from the RDI that the app told me to use.
And I ate normal food but kept to my calories and I ate tin fruit and the no sugar custard which is low in calories and is sweet which kept me sane and if I had calories left I even ate chocolate. Everything in moderation and if you feel like something check the calories you might be surprised at we all think is high and what’s not, I hope this helps you😁

I'm trying counting calories now instead of keto it became too monotonous for me n I felt unhealthy... However I'm struggling with oil being Indian most our foods are cooked in oil even tho the foods are low cal the oil is making it so high per meal any advice plzzz

Count calories works , Keto great but not a life style if I feel like something I want it and normally I can fit it in. With deep fried food I use an air fryer it is the best thing ever and you can have chips that are “healthy “ and makes dieting not so bad.
