I have had a rollercoaster of a time the past few weeks. My mom was hospitalized due to Covid complications. She is still in the hospital but doing better. I am trying to manage my stress, but I am also trying to be kind to myself. I need to get back on track because taking care of myself is important. If I am not healthy, who will take care of my mom? I made a goal and I intend to stick with it, no matter how long it takes.
