IF day 10.Hari sabtu ini olahrga ga ya..badan pegel smua mgkin krn DOM ya. Trutama lower body,kmaren jumat WO emy wong yg HIIT abs and leg💃🤸🏋️. Brrti hari ini upper body aja..
