IF(intermitten fasting) Day ke 9. Alhamdulillah nimbang td pagi,perut kosong,udah bak ,belom pup. Bismillah sabar n konsisten..semoga skaligus hormon HGH nya juga meningkat ben awet enom..🤸😜💃🎊18 jam IF nya,Smalam slese maem jam 20.30,tadi siang buka if jam 14.30. WO nya nyoba Emi wong yg 15 menit itu,lumayan ngos2an trnyata..hhe..
72.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
