Checked in at Dr. this morning weight is 278 blood pressure dropped to 110/75. Blood pressure is now good and I have lost 23 pounds since December 2, 2010. I have not started treadmill yet. I will start this weekend with light 30 minute routines. My weight has been steady for almost a week so, I need to kick up my metabolism with a little cardiovascular workout in the mornings. I still have a long way to go but, off to a good start.
126.1 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You know if you even did 5mins here and there...it would add up. I heard if we do 5mins every hour it helps get our metabolism going. So I do any activity just as long as I'm moving. best wishes
