Hmm... not quite a pound but, I'm still pleased lol. I didn't sleep very well, only got 4 hours or so. I've had this cough for a couple of nights. I also ate kind of late. Sigh... I can't wait go get home from work. I'm so sleepy lol.
126.8 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 54.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
