i Gain 1kg because i eating Junk 3-4 Days But Koi Na Again I Follow Proper diet And Lose 2kgs in 10 days 🤬
73 kg Lost so far: 20 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
