😭 Periods really affects weight cause there’s no way I lost 2.2kgs in 4days when I only exercised once. Either way so happy 🥳🥳 90kgs is within reach before Christmas
93.2 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
