kmaren makan masakan yg keasinan..tp q habisin..sepengaruh ituu ya makanan tinggi sodium ..beneran iket air dia tuh. ini nglonjak bb gara2 air terbenam dlm tubuh..hahaha...anyway senin kmaren q kembali ke OR day 1 pake exercisenya YT lain..pake fitness blender aja ah lbh nyaman krn dr dulu pakai yutub(YT) channel itu.FYI ini minggu ke3 q exercise Hiit kombinasi beban.Semangaat..
