This is day two for me. I am surprised at weigh in to see no change whatsoever, hoping the scale will budge tomorrow. My daily goal today is to up my water intake and lay off of the coffee. So far, hanging good with this one with only one cup of coffee instead of three. The turtle wins the race, right?
142.0 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 64.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
