Day 1 Atkins Induction Phase, I did this last year and was losing weight so well. I was almost to 260 last October and I think it scared me, does that even make sense?? I was losing weight so well and pretty easily but then I quit. So, here I am, starting all over. But, it is okay because I know it works and the weight loss is just a bonus, I usually feel awesome eating this way!
