ate something wrong yesterday! not feeling so well...

breakfast: jello & taiwanese yogurt pudding + sugarless candy... 150

lunch: (appetite low) little bit of chicken & ground pork, sugarless candy, yogurt drink... 400

snack: scoop of peanut butter ... 50?

subtotal: 600

wasn't done there...

dinner: had a pretty romantic and fun dinner. but it was prepared by my date... he didn't know about my diet cuz we just met so i had a little bit of starch but not so bad: xiao long pao, 3 ritz crackers, a bite of chocolate (yeah! i know!) i counted pretty strict too.. and it was only 600!

total: 1200
47.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Girl. That is a very bad diet!!!! Wow I thought I ate bad. You must be out of phase one? What about dinner and your veggies? I am sounding like a mom but your diet sounds what I ate when I was in college. No wonder I was 107 pounds!!!

haha... Sapster! I wasn't done eating there... sorry for not keeping up and worrying you... i'm 107b/c i'm a tiny little boned person not b/c i'm underweight! :)
