8cm down for the week, in all the right places. 💪🏼Body is feeling the burn from the week’s workouts and I’m slowly starting to feel my energy levels and positivity picking up. It’s not all about the scale.
75.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
