Ya ampuunn ternyata udah 2 minggu ga nimbang males malesan olahraga terus makan juga apa aja masuk, harusnya bisa turun lebih banyak tapi gapapa bersyukur banget masih berkurang timbangannya

Hari ini mulai IF lagi
Work out emiwong
20 menit streching
15 menit hiit cardio fo beginner 2 repetisi
58.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
