Today I am doing IF 18:6. I have gained back nearly 12 lbs that I had lost since early summer. I struggle with motivation and just can’t seem to keep the clean eating and moving more once I find it. Today is the day that changes. Back to working out 6 days a week. Back to 4 days of cardio, 1 day of strength and 1 day of yoga. Back to drinking my favorite beverage—water! Back to positive affirmations about myself!
