Went to a power plate class today. Oh my, is all i have to say. It wasn't the "sonic" I tried at a hotel, this was a class! Jumping jacks, squats, push ups, lunges.. all on a machine that vibrates likes crazy. It was easy to get nauseated, as the vibrations loosened toxins in the body. What a way to jump back into exercising. I'll try to finish my "Groupon" classes, then back to a routine of tapes at home and jogging.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
