Got my digital scale today. So it shows that I weight 220.4. I know that I was 220 last week, although was on a dial so hard to tell if it was 221 or 220 exactly, so I am goingt to say today is a fresh start and now I will be able to keep track more accuratly.
100.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 41.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
