Hey dont get too down! the chart is moving in the right direction and a pound a week is perfectly ok after the first water fall of loss which is mainly the body shedding a lot of water. you have lost 11 lbs and will keep it off which is more important. If you can drop anything from the diet that will accelerate the loss all the better, but dont beat yourself up or loose heart. I have only been losing a pound a week for a good while now but I just keep telling myself that this is a lifetime change for me so if it takes a while thats ok.
