90.0 kg Lost so far: 19.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey you recovered a lot faster than me, WTG. I kind of screwed up at lunch today too. I am hoping I can shake this remaining 3.8 lbs of Christmas food quickly so I can get back to 200.0 and drop that 0.2 to make my goal.
