Okay so I went off Thursday through Sunday.. I still kept active but I didnt keep track of what I was eating. I really didnt do too badly though. I definitely did not eat 21000 calories it should take to gain 6 pounds. I also started my period on Christmas and I am thinking this has something to do with it. I am logging the gain here. Just so I can keep myself accountable somewhere. Am I bummed? A little. But I am very hopeful that this will not be as bad as it was the first time to come off...
