아침부터 자전거17키로타고
산오르고 세끼 과식하지 않고 잘 먹었는데
유지일줄 알았는데 500그람 쪘네요
진짜 운동보단 식단이 중요하다는걸
다시한번 뼈져리게 느꼈네요
54.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week
