九月底十一前体重达到56kg,白天吃健身餐晚上大多时候吃水果。晚上再加上帕梅拉一小时,8.9🈷️常失眠,YM成功走失。十一放纵回来61kg,目前稳定在58、59。写个日志暂时放弃减脂,会吃更多碳水➕优质脂肪,运动每个星期4-5次。❌暴饮暴食,维持养YM🙏
