昨天買了一本書, 書名叫做"快瘦攻略,減醣外食 體脂狂降20%", 從8月份到現在瘦了7公斤, 現在皮有點鬆,😅想要用健身的方式來增加肌肉量。

目標~61-->50-->48kg
53.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
