Alhamdulillah selesai Low Impact 30 day Putaran 2, walau agak banyak bolongnya,,

now program lanjutan Bakar Otot Bakar Lemak 90 hari (BOBL)
58.3 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
