I’m mother of Two with 2 c-section i want to reduce belly fat but don’t wanna loss energy level to do house hold work ... i skip my plan but now i start with hope ... i want to loss 7 kg and it also seems very difficult... any advice for me FatSecret family.... 🤞🏻
64 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
