So a couple/3 tumultuous weeks of opening a new gym and setting into a new routine have seen a slip. Time to reset and refocus now things have calmed down again! Remember; progress is NEVER linear!
94.5 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
