Seminggu ini Bb masih stuck di angka 76☹️
Harus semangat memperbaiki defisit kalori harian sesuai BMR, mengubah mindset ternyata ga mudah ya guys selama diet aku selalu takut kalau makan kebanyakan😭 tapi alhasil BB jadi stuck dan BAB ga lancar padahal rajin workout sedih bgt rasanya gaboleh nyeraaah perbaiki defisit kalori pelan-pelan🔥

Kalian ada yang gini juga ga sih guys?☹️
