It’s an indulgent weekend. Two birthday celebrations and Thanksgiving. I’m not being overly restrictive but not terribly irresponsible either. I will gain this weekend and it’s okay.
53.2 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Im in the same boat! Just need to remind myself that when I step onto my scale on Tuesday 😓

We are both doing really well and we should keep that in mind. I think it’s okay to enjoy a celebration now and then and we shouldn’t beat ourselves up about minor weight fluctuations. I hope you had a good weekend!
