It’s my birthday weekend and I made my original goal. My body does not want to loose more weight with out major exercise. Walking is not enough. Gona stop calorie counting for a month and focus my energy on weights and bands. Dancing and enjoying 41. Will check in before the thanksgiving days to possible re asses.
