Still the same weight but happy I have gained anything back. I will continue to go forward and achieve my desired weight, never will give up, I know I can do it, I THINK before going totally overboard with food. I was happy today I eat 1 oz of my granddaughter's birthday cake instead of eating a whole slice (omitted all the frosting).
