I have actually been down to this weight since the day after I weighed last week. This is our anniversary week. We went out and ate a big rib dinner along with desert. I'm elated to see that I didn't gain!
85.3 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
