I didn't lose much this week. Honestly, I'm surprised that I lost anything, so I'm happy! I gorged myself on some forbidden goodies after finding out that I have to go on a strict diet.
The other day I found out that I have histamine intolerance, so now I have to figure out what I can and can't eat. I had one last good-bye to foods that I know I won't be eating anytime soon...☹
I'm trying to stay positive though, and I hope that the new diet will bring relief to my numerous symptoms. 👍
