Weigh in is the same as last. Today is my monthly weigh and measure day. Lost a few inches. Progress seems to have slowed even with increasing exercise. Will have to take a look at food/calories and try harder. Upped the exercise for this month so will see how that goes. Changing up some things exercise-wise so hopefully that will help.
