mnta pencerahan tmen fs...aku bingung gmn cara ny biar sodium karbo m lemak rendah..tiap hari gede truss .mu tanya dong bakal ngaruh k turun bb ga yah soalnya bb ga turun.tpi ttp msih defkal sllu bmr 1000kal prhari
