昨天蛋白質不足,也沒有睡好,不過昨天吃了地瓜跟馬鈴薯,雖然碳水不少,但促進排便,整個很輕鬆,體重才能下降

除了體脂降了500,水份肌肉骨骼肌也都各降了200
