And that was with clothes on! It's day 5 of the diet and I'm doing well. I've been grumpy this week, probably chocolate withdraw, but I'm hopeful that will improve by the weekend. I've only broke the diet once when I had 2 rich tea biscuits on Monday. I even resisted roses chocolate yesterday! Big pat on the back for me :)
67.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
