sebenarnya diet udah dr lama tp ga konsisten,baru sekita 3 hari konsisten ga makan nasi,gula,tepung,santan,sama minyak,trs aq jg klo masak garam q ganti kaldu jamur ga lupa buat sayur buah, semangat bismillah
semangatin dong teman" biar konsisten 😁
