I dont know why I keep getting different scale readings 5 minutes later on the same scale ,,, im going to weigh myself once a week from now on ,,and then multiple times within 5 minutes ! lolol.....

I get that too. I can weigh myself at 8 am and at 9 am...it's a different weight!!!

Many home use scales are inaccurate like that. I can stand on my heels vs the ball of my foot & get different readings. Best practice is to take three readings and recalibrate the scale each time. Then average out the three. You'll get pretty close to actual that way.

Thanks , Im glad I'm not going crazy here ,lolol..its turning me neurotic , trying to see scale results keeps me motivated but not so much when I see the wild fluctuations , every pound means soooo much ,
