well well well. cut crappy carbs and weight goes away. don't eat after 7pm. no ice cream, limit snickers to the 'mini's', and shoot for 100 carbs or less a day. I think I was 120 a day on average. now, next 7 days is the 'confirmation week'. will the same effort produce similar results? I am encouraged as I have not enjoyed any real progress for 30 days, NOT limiting carbs.,
