Omad today. First meal at 13h00.
Started the chloe ming 2 week Shred programme aswell. My gaaaawd, what a workout,! If I don't loose this week, then I don't know😂😂
100.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm so glad that you do them and enjoy them as well! They DO work! I can definitely assure you of that. As long as you do them consistently. In my experience, I saw the best results when I did the workouts for about a month... I've been doing them consistently for 4 months now and let me tell you that the results are amazing... I don't have abs yet but I am a lot more toned and stronger than I was 4 months ago

Mad respect to both of you. I'm a runner with the worst upper body strength. I watch her videos and think I'd rather run 10km cs those will kill me 😅

I'm starting the 2 week shred today. I had stop in the middle of the my last one because I got sick. 😅 Will check in later with you guys 😉.

@Eseru, yip they are... Go to chloeting.com/program I'm doing the 2 week Shred, and it's crazy hectic, but sooooo good. Best part is it is 100% free and you can go at your own pace. All you néed is an Internet connection, as they are all YouTube videos....

Also did Chloe Ting's workouts in the beginning of Lockdown and I can tell you, I saw results and was sooo happy! It also helped with my core and so I could run better :) currently running 10ks in an hour with less than 6 minutes per km. I also did some Bowflex workouts which are usually 5-10 minutes. since Gyms opened again, i stopped with Chloe Ting but I have to say I didnt see as much definition and toning in my body, so now i'm back to Chloe Ting's workouts. :)
