Great weigh-in, but I'm not thrilled with my eating habits. I was feeling a little down and dragged out on Tuesday; weather not great for summer, couple of nights of not sleeping well. After dinner I paused and wondered if I should take a walk (oh, yes I should have!!!) but decided not to, and instead just kept on snacking until I was full. So on Wednesday I skipped breakfast and lunch and still was worried about Tuesday yesterday, so ate lighter. Well, hopefully lesson learned. When feeling down, eat a healthy dinner, take a little walk, and go to bed.
