My daughter and I have been taking one to two half mile walks per day all this week. Today I decided to push myself and actually walk almost a mile. Plus I did stationary cycling as well and will be doing aerobics today as well.
127.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
