12號開始消化不良,今天週一問診日,醫生說是藥物的副作用
外面體重計60.6,裡面體重計60.7,有刻意減少麵包攝取量,吞嚥困難所以卡洛里也不足的關係
60.7 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
