Lost 1 pound of the 2 I gained! Now, to keep it going down!
95.7 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

We are going to Golden Corral tonight to celebrate my stepDad's birthday, which was Monday. I've already decided that I am going to eat a salad and some fruit, BEFORE, I get anything else.

Congrats on the lb lost! And a great plan for your meal out. LOTS of salad and you won't have much room for other stuff!
